  1. Where are you located?  We are located in Charleston, Illinois.  We are an online only business, but if you are local, we are happy to deliver your purchase.
  2. How long does it take for you to ship items?  Typically we ship unmonogrammed items the next business day and monogrammed items within 3 business days. However, certain times of the year if we get really busy it can be an extra day or 2. Please let us know if you need your item by a certain date.  We work hard to get items out as quickly as possible!
  3. How much is shipping?  Shipping is included in all of our prices except for accessories that ship by themselves.
  4. Do you make custom items?  Yes we do!  We do all sorts of custom birthday and gift items!  Check our links page for links to our custom order sites.
  5. What is your return policy? Monogrammed items are made specifically for you and as such are not returnable unless we have made a mistake.  Unmonogrammed items may be returned within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.  Please contact us prior to returning your item.
  6. What if I am unhappy with my item?  If you are ever unhappy with your item PLEASE contact us.  We will do whatever it takes to make it right. We pride ourselves on our happy repeat customers.  If you're not happy, we're not happy.  So please - if our work is not up to your standards, give us a chance to do better.
  7. Do you sell boys clothes?  Having 6 girls of my own, girls clothes have sort of become my "specialty".  Not that I intend to discriminate against the little boys in this world, but I sell what I know.  We do try to make some coordinating shirts for boys for holidays and we do offer some custom boys items.
